“ Took my truck to the West Plains dealer for a fuel leak took a week got my truck back before I got home fuel was still leaking out of the truck still. Took 3 to 4 weeks to fix total. Dawn at the service desk was very rude. I should have sent it to Springfield. I hope I never have to deal with that woman ever again. Do yourself a favor and never have to deal with her ”

“ I wish i could give negative stars. I made an appointment for them to change my oil and CHECK on a light i had on. When i went to go get my car they were already unfriendly and confused when i mentioned i needed to get my key. i was told they did a tire alignment. I should mention i took my car somewhere 2 days prior to realign my tires as well as rotate them so i know for a fact it was not needed and even if it was i would not have had Toyota be the one to fix it. I was never called for this to be done and was told that i should've wrote on the envelope I dropped my key off in that i didn't want a tire alignment. However, i made an appointment and stated what i needed done! She said she wasn't sure what we needed, but i was never called to verify? I have never once been somewhere with any of my other cars to get serviced and they just start doing things without asking the customer. Why would you not think to call if you were at all confused? The only thing i get done here is my oil change because i had the free service, i go anywhere else more reasonably priced and better to do ANYTHING else. She told me i should have been more specific on the envelope and it was a misunderstanding on both of our parts. Incorrect. It is not my job to do your job for you. Why did i need to make an appointment? they comped my total but it doesn’t make up for the attitude and the inability to take accountability. It is your job to make sure you know exactly what a customer needs. If you are at all unsure, then maybe do your job and reach out. I have had issues every time i go in with poor/unfriendly service and this is just the cherry on top. ”
“ I went to have a replacement key programmed, which was covered by my extended warranty. Customer service was poor when I went in, on a Friday. I was called the following Monday, by Dawn is the Service Department, and told that my warranty did not cover the replacement key and that I owed $100. I explained that I was told at the time of ordering the key and when I had it programmed that my deductible was $0. Dawn was very rude and extremely unprofessional, complaining to me about having to deal with my insurance company. I was told by Dawn that I could no longer bring my vehicle to Toyota West Plains because my insurance company was “too difficult to deal with”. When we called to file a complaint, we were told that they didn’t have a customer care department only to later receive a call from that very department. Overall a very poor and unprofessional experience. I will never take another vehicle there, and I suggest you don’t either! ”
